New emulsion fuel that can reduce a fuel cost by 40%, while reducing CO2 and NOx emissions by 50-80%.
Green Emulsion Fuel system is research and developed by Fukai Environmental Laboratory Japan, about 2 years ago.
DR. Thosiharu Fukai is founder of the system, so green emulsion fuel system is also called Fukai Green Emulsion fuel system.
Fukai Green Emulsion fuel is the fuel that is emulsified with functional water added by 50% to heavy oil and kerosene. The characteristics of the Fukai Green Emulsion fuel is that, when burned, the calorific value (calorie) does not decrease despite the fact that water is added. Rather, the Fukai Green Emulsion fuel delivers higher calorific value than when 100% heavy oil is burned, this means that combustion efficiency and combustion temperature inside your equipment will increase significantly.
This increase of calorific value (calorie) is happened because of functional water that emulsified by oil fuel is contain active Hydrogen element H3, which is highly combustible when emulsified with oil fuel.
Functional water is produced by special water treatment equipment called Sosei Water Generator, so functional water is also called as Sosei Water.
The Sosei Water has surfactant potency that is as efficient as chemicals (surfactants) which are used as emulsifier for emulsion fuel. And it also enriches the nature and life. As a result, Sosei Water can mix with oil easily (emulsion) without any additional chemicals or surfactants.
The energy conversion functional water, further enhanced the potential of the Sosei Water to be used for the emulsion, has dissolved oxygen that could be in the state of oversaturation and plenty of atomic hydrogen (active hydrogen) resulting from unique ions (H3O2-), so it's become a booster energy in the combustion process more than usual micro explosions.
The equipment used for emulsification process between Fuel Oil and Sosei Water is called Fukai Green Emulsion Generator,
The Fukai Green Emulsion Generator is a compact unit, half the size of a briefcase which can easily be carried with one hand, should be placed near the combustion unit. Then, by attaching pipes for the energy conversion functional water and fuel oil to the unit, and you will gain thermal energy you are looking for while saving energy. Regardless of the facility size, it can be placed with a minimum cost.
The installation work of Fukai Green Emulsion fuel system is very easy, regardless of the facility size, it can be placed with a minimum cost.
One unit of Sosei Water Generator can be placed along with several Fukai Green Emulsion Generator to connect to the Boilers unit, depend on the capacity of fuel consumption.
What is the system of the Fukai Green Emulsion fuel?
It is such a simple system. First of all, a tap water pipe should be connected to the Sosei Water generation unit. The produced Sosei Water is mixed with heavy oil/ kerosene automatically by Fukai Gree Emulsion Generator, to produce the Fukai Green Emulsion fuel. Then, the emulsion fuel is sent to a boiler that has been used.
The Fukai Green Emulsion fuel have been tested and certified by Environmental Polution Institution Research in Japan, and used by many Industrial Boiler users.
You can see the difference in the open fired burner test with FGE fuel and without FGE fuel
The calorific value is significantly increase more than 100% for diesel oil FGE, while emission is also decrease 42%.
CO2 and NOx emission also reduce up to 50%.
Many awards and certificates have been received.
Experts are also amazed at the Fukai Green Emulsion fuel.

The most significant difference between the Fukai Green Emulsion fuel and other emulsion fuels is "water" to be used. With extremely small water clusters, the water can get into between oil particles. Therefore, like other conventional emulsion fuels, the water can smoothly be emulsified even though a surfactant is not added. In addition, you may get surprised, but the water is also "water that burns." I guess a hydrovolcanic explosion probably occurs, and in fact, when the calorific value of the emulsion fuel is measured at the time of combustion, it is much higher than when only fossil fuel of heavy oil is burned. Then why a hydrovolcanic explosion occurs is that I think it’s because the water still has "room to burn." Burning also means oxidation, so ordinary water is already in the state of oxidized H2O. However, this energy conversion functional water is bonded with electron states of H3O2-, which means that it still has more room to oxidize, that is "to burn."

After data were sent from Fukai Environmental Laboratory, I examined them in detail and made my own analysis. And, simply, it is quite astonishing, because the Fukai Green Emulsion produces greater calorific power compared to that of base oils. What is more interesting is that as the amount of water to be added increases, the calorific value also increases. As these data are compiled based on figures measured by two public institutions in line with Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS), I think they can be reliable. In particular, each datum shows almost the same tendency. Therefore I believe that there is objectivity. I have no idea about the mechanism, but it is natural to think that probably there is a secret in the "water" which is added to the fuel. With the result of a calorific power measurement, it seems that a fuel cost can probably be reduced by 20-40 percent. In fact, I watched a video of a TV program on TV Tokyo the other day, and it introduced that Takamine Hot Springs in the Shinshu region saved as much as a ton of fuel per month after introducing this emulsion fuel system. Basically, I think this could be treated as a national project.
